Stap bij het US Navy Memorial in uw luxe touringcar voor een tour van 6 uur met commentaar door Washington DC. U ziet verschillende monumenten, gedenktekens en gebouwen en maakt voldoende stops om foto's te maken.

Vanuit de bus ziet u het Witte Huis, de verschillende Smithsonian musea, de National Mall, het Freedom Plaza en nog veel meer, en geniet u van onderhoudend en informatief commentaar van uw gids over de bezienswaardigheden die u ziet.

Stap uit de bus voor een wandeling met gids rond het Capitool, het Lincoln Memorial, het World War II Memorial, het Marine Corps Memorial (Iwo Jima) en het Korean War Veterans Memorial. U komt alles te weten over de geschiedenis van deze beroemde bezienswaardigheden terwijl u ze van dicht bij bekijkt en uw gids beantwoordt alle vragen die u eventueel stelt.

Tijdens de tour hebt u tijd voor een maaltijd. In de lente- en zomermaanden (15 maart t/m 6 oktober) kunt u van de frisse lucht genieten tijdens een pittoreske cruise van 1 uur op de rivier de Potomac en Teddy Roosevelt Island, Netherlands Carillon, de Lee Mansion en de rivier de Potomac bekijken, met lunch aan boord (te koop - niet inbegrepen in de prijs van de tour). In de koudere maanden (7 oktober t/m 14 maart) blijft u lekker warm op een binnenplaats en geniet u van een lunch (op eigen kosten) omgeven door geschiedenis.

The tour guide was very good, informative and helpful. Overall the tour took in the key sites. Unfortunately, as some of the travellers didn't stick to the stipulated return times, we didn't get very long at the Martin Luther King memorial, so it became very rushed. The guide tried hard to get people to co-operate and she was very polite and respectful in doing so.

It was my first visit to DC and it was a really good tour experience. Driver and guide were excellent and knowledgeable. The guide was very well informed and humorous. They provided bottled water quite a hot day to keep us hydrated. Would recommend this tour as an introduction to the DC.

was surprised that this tour only lasted 4 hours with 45 minutes in a mall for lunch. I was under the impression that it was a 6 hour tour. could have seen more, or spent more time if we had the extra two hours. could have driven by the kennedy center, or ford's theater instead of just pointing at a distance. It covered a lot, but could have done more if the entire time was used.

It was great!!! Chris was our guide. He was friendly and knowledgeable and shared great information about the city and memorials. The only complaint I have is I thought there should be a little more time at the memorials. Even 5 mins.

We got off to a late start (guide was late) and we were rushed the rest of the day. At the Lincoln Memorial, we basically had the option of restroom or actually viewing the memorial itself. The guide, while knowledgeable, was condescending.

Exceptional tour guide, great locations, well planned. Only disappointment: some kind of scheduling problem on the part of the tour company meant that we had to wait about 30 minutes to switch buses mid-tour. Ultimately, it wasn't a problem for our family, and we were parked outside the Capitol building during that time, so there was still much for us to view during the wait.
