Pick-up was spot on time. Guide was very cheerful and informative although he did have the slightly alarming habit of turning round to talk to his passengers whilst driving! Itinerary was a comprehensive introduction to the main sights of San Francisco and not rushed. There were only 4 of us in the group and so we had plenty of room in the VW Micro Bus. There are other tourist tours of SF, but I highly recommend this company.
