There are certified lifeguards on all attractions
First Aid station is staffed with emergency medical technicians
Eye Glasses: Depends on Ride to Ride Specification (not permitted on slides)

There are separate changing facilities for males and females
It is not mandatory to wear a swimming cap, but recommended to cover long hair
Apart from infants and expecting mothers, guests are not allowed to bring outside food and beverages into the park
Wi-Fi facility not available, however there is mobile connectivity
Snow Park: Full body clothing is recommended in the Snow Park where temperature is sub- zero degrees. Appropriate jackets, gloves & boots will be provided free of charge with each admission ticket, on returnable basis, which must be worn whilst inside the Snow Park.
Snow Park: Entry to Snow Park is for a time slot of one hour only, including 15 minutes for changing into snow gear
