Kies bij boeking uit de beschikbare vertrektijden en kies voor een standaard of VIP-shoppingoptie. Als het zo ver is, ontmoet u uw gids in het centrum van Milaan en neemt u plaats in de comfortabele touringcar met airco voor uw reis naar de Serravalle Designer Outlet, op ongeveer een uur rijden.
Bij aankomst kunt u de hele dag lekker op uw gemak shoppen in het elegante winkelcentrum. Serravalle is ontworpen in de stijl van een klassiek Italiaans dorp en is de grootste designeroutlet van Italië. Het centrum heeft een ronde opzet, zodat u gemakkelijk van de ene naar de andere winkel kunt lopen.
Wandel over de brede voetgangerspaden die de bijna 200 winkels met elkaar verbinden en bekijk de beste koopjes op het gebied van designermode, vrijetijdskleding, schoenen, cosmetica, sportkleding en zelfs woonaccessoires.
U kunt hier merken als Calvin Klein, Armani, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Bulgari, Timberland, Roberto Cavalli, Prada, Burberry, Nike, Adidas en nog veel meer verwachten. De kortingen kunnen oplopen tot maar liefst 70% van de aanbevolen verkoopprijs, dus reken er maar op dat u hier uw slag kunt slaan.
U krijgt bovendien een Serravalle Fashion Passport waarmee u nog eens 10% extra korting krijgt bij deelnemende winkels. Bezoek zodra u aankomt eerst het hoofdkantoor in het winkelcentrum voor een complete lijst met winkels die de extra korting van 10% aanbieden.
Rust even uit in een van de restaurants of cafés van Serravalle. Wat dacht u van een ijsje bij een verleidelijke gelateria? Of ontspan met een kopje koffie, eet een pizzapunt in de pizzeria of iets anders in het bistrobuffet of een ander restaurant.
Als u bent uitgewinkeld, laadt u uw aankopen in de touringcar in en keert u terug naar Milaan, waar uw trip eindigt als u bij het originele vertrekpunt bent afgezet.
Upgrade naar de VIP Shopping Pass Upgrade naar de Serravalle VIP Shopping Pass en u krijgt, naast het Fashion Passport met de 10% extra korting bij geselecteerde winkels in Serravalle, ook een aantal extra voordelen waar u tijdens deze dag gebruik van kunt maken.
Met de VIP Shopping Pass hebt u voorrang bij het instappen in de touringcar, zodat u niet in de rij hoeft te wachten bij zowel uw reis naar als vanuit Serravalle.

Paid for upgrade but didnt get any upgrades. No 10 discount. No priority boarding. No 10 Euro lunch coupon. A complete ripoff to upgrade. The mall was wonderful similar to any American premium outlet mall. No disappointment with the mall, just the unfulfilled and unrealized premium upgrade which should be avoided.

Though a fairly long drive out of the city - about 1.5 hours each way - the coach bus was comfortable. It looked like it had a restroom on board, but unfortunately, it seemed to have been locked. There's no rest stop along the way. There are a lot of high end shops at Serravalle Outlets, and when I went, the January Saldi sales had just begun, so there were lines just to get into the high end shops. Most other shops, though, did not have lines formed outside. There are many shops that you won't find back in the U.S. and I found different products there than I did at the same shops in Milan. I found a pamphlet in Milan for the outlet whereby filling the form gets you 10 off regular priced items if you take it to Guest Services. The bus dropped us off and picked us up near Guest Services, so I recommend getting your discount card before shopping, if you're not there during one of the sales seasons.

Shuttle bus that takes you to the mall then picks up to return to Milan. Well organised easy day out with bargains to be had.
