The pub crawl lasts approximately 3 hours, starting in The Lord Edward in Christchurch, a pub in an area steeped in history and finishing in one of the best live music pubs in the city. In between we’ll show you 2 pubs with enormous character and charm. The tour runs on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings beginning at 6.30pm. Advance booking is essential.

The tour takes in Viking and medieval Christchurch, Dublin Castle, The Creative Quarter, and Temple Bar.

We aim to have as little walking as possible but there will be approximately 6 minutes between pubs, sometimes over cobbled streets.

Publin is run and guided by John Geraghty and Luigsech Bennett. John and Luigsech have been friends since they were 15 years old and share a passion for Dublin’s pubs. John founded Publin.ie, the foremost source on Dublin’s pubs in 2011 and Luigsech has 7 years of tour guiding experience. Each pub crawl is guided by one of the pair, but usually both.

We had a blast on the Publin Pub Crawl. Our guide, John, was extremely friendly and accommodating and provided historical information as we walked around. We were a small group that night so that made it even more fun and provided more flexibility on where we went. It was a great way to meet some new people and to enjoy some pubs that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. Highly recommend!
