Uw snelcursus van een halve dag met een kleine groep over Franse wijn en kaas begint wanneer u wordt opgehaald in een minibus met airconditioning in het centrum van Dijon. Geniet van een ontspannen rit door het Franse platteland. Als u meer wilt weten over Bourgondische wijn en kaas, is dit een geweldige kennismaking.
Uw gids vertelt u over Bourgondische wijnen zoals pinot noir en het belang van terroir, tijdens een wijngaardtour door de Côte de Nuits. U bezoekt klassieke wijnproducerende dorpen en bekijkt een aantal historische gedenktekens van de regio tijdens de rit met prachtig uitzicht. Let op de kasteelachtige gebouwen, wijngaarden en schilderachtige bordjes met druiventrossen die de Route des Grands Crus (route van de grote wijnen) markeren.
Volg uw wijnspecialist naar een caveau (wijnkelder) om slokjes van de wijnen te proeven terwijl u meer over de wijnen te weten komt. Tegen het einde van de tour proeft u een heerlijke selectie van lokale ambachtelijke kazen gekoppeld aan twee wijnen van de Côte de Nuits. De kazen kunnen onder meer echte delicatessen zoals Epoisses of Chaource zijn. En daarna gaat u op uw gemak terug naar Dijon. Three hours flew by. Christopher’s knowledge, demeanor and friendliness elevated the tour to fantastic. The drive through the ancient vineyard villages was a fairytale in motion. The collection of wine tastings and the anticipation for - the next one - always created excitement. Amazing, fun, happy group and many heartfelt thanks again to Christopher!

This tour with Chris was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the drive through the country and all the information he gave us about the classification of the vineyards. The second vineyard we visited was fascinating, lots of information and also an interesting choice of wines to taste.
Chris was an amazing host showing us the countryside of Dijon and stopping to let us take pictures along the way. The two wine and cheese tastings were a compliment to the knowledge and sights gained throughout the experience. I highly recommend using Chris and this tour was absolutely breath-taking.
Our tour guide Christopher, was very knowledgeable about the Burgundy wine region. Despite the rainy weather conditions, we had an awesome tour. Besides the beautiful countryside we had two awesome wine tastings. Our first stop was with Paul, who gave us several wines to try accompanied with a baguette and different types of cheeses. The next winery included some special Grand Cru wines which at home would be very expensive. We had a very pleasant and informative afternoon and would highly recommend this tour.
