It's a very well-organized tour with Stray Asia. The guides are helpful and knowledgeable. About the accommodations: you stay in cheap backpacker guesthouses so don't expect anything fancy. The group is almost entirely in their early 20s. Plenty of free time and fun activities on the tour.
